Right of withdrawal

We have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to law, which starts from when you have received the goods. When returning, you pay for return shipping yourself.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return unused items for an exchange. You can of course try the products, but please note that we can only accept returned products if they are unused, unwashed and complete. In the event of an exchange, you pay the shipping cost yourself.

You must use Tracked Delivery, as we may not be able to help locate the package if a package is missing.

Right of complaint

The Consumer Purchase Act gives you the right to complain about a product within three years, provided that the product was faulty at the time of delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that you need to leave a message to us with information about the error within a reasonable time after you discover the error/defect.

We are of course responsible for the return shipping in the event of approved complaints.

In the event of an approved complaint, you will be refunded to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.

Any dispute must be resolved by either the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).

When will I receive the payment for my return?

We process all returns within 24 hours of receiving the item. Depending on how you choose to send the return, it can take between 1-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. Don't forget to include information about yourself such as name, mobile number, email and order number so we know who sent us a return and can quickly process the return.

When returning to our warehouse, the refund always takes place to the same payment method that was used at the time of ordering.

Do you accept all goods upon return?

Yes, if the item is unused, unwashed and complete and no tags have been removed. Returns will be refused if they do not comply with our above terms.

You are only responsible for a decrease in value that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the properties and function. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.

If the product has been handled in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back. The size of the deduction is determined based on the item's remaining sales value.

If the product has special packaging and it is missing upon return, it may result in a reduction in value.

Does it cost anything to return?

You must pay for the return shipping yourself in case of canceled purchase.

When complaining about an item, you pay the return shipping. Then you send a picture of the receipt for shipping costs to info@bajensupporter.se and we will refund the money or send a new item as agreed.

How do I exchange or return an item?

1. Email info@bajensupporter.se and write if you want to exchange or return an item. Write with order number, first name and last name for faster service.

2. Follow the instructions that you receive as a reply in the email.
